Three sectors that check every dimension.

Medical, oil & gas and hydraulics share one thing: a part that is slightly out is a part that fails in service.

Industries served

What each sector
asks of a part.

01 Medical devices

Small stainless parts where the surface finish matters as much as the dimension, and every batch traces back to a heat number. We ask first: the cleaning and passivation spec, whether the part is patient-contact, and what your goods-in expects in the box.

Parts made
Instrument bodies, fittings, connectors, housings
Materials
SS 316L, 17-4 PH, PEEK
Typical tolerance
±0.000 mm
Typical finish
Ra 0.0 µm
02 Oil & gas

Heavier sections in alloy and stainless steels, machined to tolerances that decide whether a seal holds under pressure. We ask first: the service conditions, any NACE or sour-service requirement, and the test regime the part must satisfy.

Parts made
Valve spools and seats, adapters, flanged bodies
Materials
SS 316, duplex, alloy steel
Typical tolerance
±0.000 mm
NACE MR0175
Capability to confirm
03 Hydraulics

Bores, ports and sealing faces, where concentricity and finish stand between a working assembly and a leak. We ask first: working pressure, the seal types in use, and whether you want components or a tested sub-assembly.

Parts made
Manifold blocks, pistons, glands, port fittings
Materials
EN8, EN19, aluminium, brass
Bore tolerance
±0.000 mm
Bore finish
Ra 0.0 µm
