Medical devices
Surgical & diagnostic
Small stainless parts where finish and traceability matter as much as the dimension.
- Instrument bodies
- Fittings & connectors
- Housings
Turned and milled components for medical devices, oil & gas and hydraulics.
Every part on this site began as somebody’s drawing.
What we machine
Chuck and bar work in stainless, alloy steel, brass and aluminium — prototype through repeat production, on the same programme and fixture every time a part comes back.
Housings, manifolds and plates. Programmed and simulated in 3D on our own CAD-CAM before a tool touches material.
A fourth axis turns three setups into one. Grinding, heat treatment, plating and welding follow on the same route sheet, rather than across three vendors.
Who we machine for
Medical devices
Small stainless parts where finish and traceability matter as much as the dimension.
Oil & gas
Heavier alloy and stainless sections, machined to seal-critical tolerances.
Hydraulics
Bores, ports and sealing faces, where concentricity decides whether it leaks.

How a job runs
OP 10
We price it, and flag anything that will fight the process.
OP 20
CAD-CAM and 3D simulation. Fixtures proven before first cut.
OP 30
Turning, milling and 4th-axis, after first-article sign-off.
OP 40
Grinding, heat treatment, plating and welding, on one route sheet.
OP 50
CMM, hardness, surface and gauge checks against the drawing.
OP 60
Packed with the inspection report and material certificate.
Inspection is a step in manufacturing here, not a gate at the end.
Zero defect is a target. What makes it real is measurement on the floor and documents in the box.
